The Minister of Environment and Water Asen Lichev issued an order declaring a 300-year-old tree under protection within the territory of the village of Glavanovtsi, Municipality of Trun. The tree is of the Qersus cerris type, 22 meters high and with trunk circumference of 3.90 meters.

The order prohibits uprooting, cutting, pruning, breaking branches, injuring the stem and any other activities that may lead to the destruction or damage of the century-old tree. According to the Biodiversity Act, it is included in the register. RIEW - Sofia will mark the tree.
