Today the Minister of Environment and Water Asen Lichev revoked the decision to terminate the environmental impact assessment procedure (EIA, including the compatibility assessment) for “Pre-investment study for the route Montana-Sofia with a tunnel under Petrohan” commissioned by the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA).

According to legal requirements, the RIA must provide additional information and documents for the route options under study.
