There are no exceedances of average hourly norms of air quality indicators in the area of ​​Zlevo, Municipality of Dupnitsa, after yesterday’s fire in a landfill for non-hazardous waste. Immediately upon reception of the fire signal, a mobile automatic station of the Executive Environment Agency commenced a 72-hour measurement of the following indicators of air quality in the area: PM10, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, ozone, hydrogen sulfide, as well as meteorological parameters.

Since the norm for the PM10 indicator corresponds to a 24-hour period, information about its average daily concentration will be available after the end of the day (0:00am on July 25th, 2021).
