• Nataliya Todorova from Sofia, Penka Dzhendova from Dobrich, and Detelina Ilieva from Burgas are the big winners in the Second National Competition “Knowledge about Natura 2000”

Nataliya Todorova from Sofia won a laptop, Penka Dzhendova from Dobrich won a smartphone, and Detelina Ilieva from Burgas won a camera. They are the national winners in the Second National Competition “Knowledge for Natura 2000”. Out of all 2 875 participants, 1 727 responded to all 10 questions from the quiz correctly. The regional winners won 28 tablets, and as incentive prizes - power banks for charging various devices were provided for 33 participants.

The online competition is the second of 3 national competitions aimed at supporting and reinforcing the knowledge of the general public and stakeholders about the Natura 2000 network.

The National Nature Protection Service Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Water held the second National Online Competition “Knowledge about Natura 2000”. The activity is part of the project BG16M1OP002-3.006-0001 “Knowledge about Natura 2000”, which is funded by Operational Programme “Environment 2014-2020”.
