The Ministry of Environment and Water granted municipalities the management of 13 mineral water deposits. The use of the deposits is free of charge and is enabled through application by the mayor upon decision by the Municipal Council submitted by January 31, 2023.

Before permits are issued, the mayor commissions the determination of the exploitation resources of mineral water in the section of the underground water body and the technically possible flow rate of the extraction facilities by presentation of documents for coordination of the exploitation resources for the said section of the deposit. The right to use is valid until 2036.

Pursuant to a provision of the Law Amending the Water Act, this list is published every year on the website of the MOEW.
