Today, July 13, 2026, the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria has made available a letter - a response to the Ministry of Environment and Energy of the Hellenic Republic—ref. No. 99-00-212-16, dated July 13, 2026. regarding Bulgaria’s submitted remarks and comments on the transboundary EIA procedure for the investment proposal (IP) “Wind Power Plant with an installed capacity of 58.8 MW and a maximum generating capacity of 58.8 MW and the associated infrastructure facilities (access road and an external medium-voltage 33 kV power grid for connecting the project to the power grid), located at the “OXEILA” site, in the settlements of Agistro and Achladohori, Sintiki Municipality, Serres Prefecture, Central Macedonia Region.”

Today, June 24, 2026, the Ministry of Environment and Water announces receipt of a letter, ref. No. 99-00-212/June 11, 2026, from the Ministry of Environment and Energy of the Hellenic Republic regarding an investment proposal (IP) “Wind Power Plant with an installed capacity of 58.8 MW and a maximum generating capacity of 58.8 MW, and the associated infrastructure facilities (access road and an external medium-voltage 33 kV power grid for connecting the project to the power grid), located at the “OXEILA” site, in the settlements of Agistro and Achladochori, Sintiki Municipality, Serres Prefecture, Central Macedonia Region.”

The deadline for submitting comments to the Ministry of Environment and Water regarding the relevant investment proposal is July 5, 2026.
