Convention on the Transboundary effects of Industrial Accidents

The Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents was ratified by a law adopted by the 37th National Assembly on March 16, 1995 - SG, issue 28 of March 28, 1995. It was issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water, promulgated, SG, no. 68 from 4.09.2015, in force from 19.04.2000, amended, iss. 75 of 27.09.2016, in force since 19.12.2015.

An amendment to Annex I to the Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents was adopted by Decision 2014/2 of 4 December 2014 at the Eighth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties, held on 3 - 5 December 2014 in Geneva. Issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water, promulgated, SG, no. 75 of 27.09.2016, in force since 19.12.2015.
