Today, 06.03.2025, the Ministry of environment and waters of the Republic of Bulgaria provides public access to the letter №ОВОС-47-32/05.03.2025 and the notification under Article 3 of the ESPOО Convention, with which the Minister of Environment and Waters of the Republic of Bulgaria notifies the Minister of еnvironment, waters and forests of Romania concerning an investment proposal for „Construction of a facility for additional technical water supply to Kozloduy NPP - Cold Canal 2“.
