Today, May 19, 2026, the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria is making available a letter received on May 18, 2026, from the Republic of Greece, containing remarks and comments on the EIA report for the investment proposal “Extraction and Processing,” ref. no. EIA-68-195/ May 18, 2026, from the Republic of Greece, containing remarks and comments on the EIA report for the investment proposal “Extraction and Processing of Polymetallic Ores from the ‘Rozino’ Deposit,” Tintyava area, located in the territory of the villages of Rozino and Gugutka, Ivaylovgrad Municipality, Haskovo Province, commissioned by Tintyava Exploration AD.

Today, 23.03.2026, in connection with Art. 17, para. 1, item 4 of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for conducting an environmental impact assessment (EIA), the Ministry of Environment and Water (MoEW) announces organized meetings for public discussion of the EIA report and its annexes for the investment proposal "Extraction and processing of polymetallic ores from the Rozino deposit, Tintyava area", located on the territory of the village of Rozino and the village of Gugutka, Ivaylovgrad municipality, Haskovo region, with the client Tintyava Exploration AD.

Today, 13.03.2026, the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria is making available the EIA report and its annexes for the investment proposal “Extraction and Processing of Polymetallic Ores from the ‘Rozino’ Deposit,” Tintyava area, located in the territory of the villages of Rozino and Gugutka, Ivaylovgrad Municipality, Haskovo Province, commissioned by Tintyava Exploration AD. By letter Ref. No. EIA-68-96/ March 13, 2026, the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria, in accordance with Article 4 of the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context, submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA) for the relevant investment proposal to the Republic of Greece.
