Response of the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria - by letter No 99-00-101 and 04-00-1311 dated 27.11.2023, the Minister of Environment and Water sent comments and suggestions on the revised and updated EIA report for "Construction of a hall building, concrete drainage basin, concrete platforms, fencing, lighting system, implementation of boreholes and internal water supply and sewage, location of a wastewater pre-treatment plant, location of a hospital waste incinerator with associated installations" in Giurgiu, Romania, incl. forwards the comments and objections received at the Ministry of the Environment and water against the project.
