New – response in Bulgarian and English from the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria – letter ref. No. ОВОС-240-5/ 20.08.2025 to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forestry of Romania with comments and remarks on the transboundary environmental impact assessment procedure in a transboundary context of the project "Development of the Argeș and Dâmbovița rivers for navigation and other purposes."

Today, 29 July 2025, the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria provides access to letter ref. No. EIA-240/28.07.2025 from the Minister of Environment, Water and Forests of Romania, providing an EIA report and an annex thereto to the Minister of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria in connection with a transboundary procedure under the EIA Convention for the project " Development of the Argeș and Dâmbovița Rivers for Navigation and Other Purposes," commissioned by the National Company Administration of Navigable Canals AD – Constanța.
