Rehabilitation and modernization of the port infrastructure in Bechet Port

New Response of the Ministry of Environment and Waters of the Republic of Bulgaria - by letter No 99-00-517 of 17.03.2025, the Minister of Environment and Waters expressed his opinion on the additional information submitted in connection with the transboundary EIA procedure for the project "Rehabilitation and modernization of the port infrastructure in the port of Becket", Romania.

 

Today, 17.02.2025, the Ministry of Environment and Water (MoEW) provides public access to additional information on the project "Rehabilitation and Modernization of the Port Structure of the Port of Becket" sent by the Minister of Environment of Water, Forestry of Romania. In the letter Romania is instructed to submit its reply by 12.03.2025.

Deadline for comments from interested parties - 28.02.2025.

 

Response of the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria - by letter No 99-00-517 dated 08.11.2024, the Minister of Environment and Water expressed his opinion on the supplemented EIA submitted on 07.10.2024 in connection with the transboundary procedure under the EIA Convention for the project "Rehabilitation and modernisation of the port infrastructure in the port of Becket", Romania

 

Today, 09.10.2024, the Ministry of Environment and Water (MEW) is making available to the public a supplementary Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) for the project "Rehabilitation and modernization of the port infrastructure in Bechet Port", sent by letter No. DGEICPSC/37639/04.10.2024 to the Minister of Environment of Water, Forestry of Romania, with reference No. 99-00-517/07.10.2024 of the Ministry of Environment and water of Bulgaria. In the letter of the Romania it is indicated to submit the reply of the Bulgaria by 08.11.2024.
